Fertility at Work - Let’s Speak Up & Shape the Future

“I used to hide in the staff toilets while injecting my fertility medication and then go straight into a meeting.”

This isn’t just part of my story—it’s the reality for thousands navigating fertility treatment while working.

While I was CPO at Selfridges, I’m proud to have led the charge in making it the first retailer accredited as a Fertility Friendly Employer with Fertility Matters at Work.

Through story sharing, tailored awareness sessions, and inclusive policy and training, we created safer spaces where employees felt seen, supported, and empowered to speak.

1 in 6 people face fertility challenges. Yet in most workplaces, it’s still a silent struggle—between shifts, in toilets, while juggling deadlines and appointments.

That’s why I’m supporting a new confidential survey by Fertility Matters at Work in partnership with THIS CAN HAPPEN and Ferring Pharmaceuticals, aimed at HR, DEI, Rewards & Wellbeing professionals.

 Insight will help:
