Founded in 2025 by Maria Glasscock, an experienced HR leader with over twenty-five years of expertise at renowned brands such as Selfridges, Boots Alliance, B & Q and Colt Telecommunications, to start-up businesses such as The Test Centre. MGW People is here to transform people practices for businesses of all sizes—from dynamic startups to large corporations with complex needs.
