Founded in 2025 by Maria Glasscock, an experienced HR leader with over twenty-five years of expertise at renowned brands such as Selfridges, Boots Alliance, B & Q and Colt Telecommunications, to SME’s, such as The Test Centre. MGW People is here to transform people practices for businesses of all sizes—from dynamic startups to large corporations with complex needs.
