Maria believes that any leadership role is running a business first, and leading a function is a subset of that. (Some would say it’s in her blood, taking an interest in her family business from a young age).

Passionate about changing organisational culture by sharing her personal stories and experiences through keynote speaking, policy with cultural changes, Maria is obsessive about enabling businesses to be successful through cultures that enable people to show up as themselves and leaders lead with authenticity and a growth mindset.
